Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Coach Keith AI (the "Service"), operated by Married Game ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is — and what it is not

Coach Keith AI is an AI-powered coaching platform for men who want to improve their marriage and personal life, built on Keith Yackey's frameworks and content. The AI coach generates responses using artificial intelligence; it is not Keith Yackey personally, and its responses are not reviewed by a human before you see them.

The Service is coaching and educational content only. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or domestic violence, stop using the Service and contact emergency services (911 in the US), the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988), or the National Domestic Violence Hotline (1-800-799-7233).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older.

3. Membership, billing, and trials

  • The Service is a paid monthly membership. The current price is shown at checkout before you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
  • Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • If a free trial is offered, you will be told its length before you start. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership begins and your payment method is charged when the trial expires.
  • Some members receive complimentary access through Keith's coaching programs. Complimentary access can be modified or ended by us at any time and is governed by these Terms.

4. Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing appsupport@marriedgame.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
  • Because you get full access immediately, payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review it.

5. Your content and conduct

You own what you write in the Service (messages, check-ins, notes, community posts). You give us the license needed to operate the Service — to store your content, process it with our AI provider to generate coaching responses, and display your community posts to other members.

You agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, or demean other members, including in the Brotherhood community;
  • share another member's posts or personal situation outside the Service;
  • use the Service for anything unlawful, or attempt to probe, overload, or reverse-engineer it;
  • resell, share your account, or redistribute Keith's content, frameworks, or program materials.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Keith's content

All coaching content, frameworks (including the Five Dials), podcast material, and branding in the Service belong to Married Game / Keith Yackey and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use while you are a member.

7. AI limitations

AI-generated coaching can be wrong, incomplete, or a poor fit for your specific situation. Use your own judgment before acting on it — especially for decisions involving your marriage, children, health, money, or legal matters. We do not guarantee any particular outcome in your relationship or life.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes we will notify you (for example by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
