Privacy Policy

Coach Keith AI ("the Service"), operated by Married Game, is a coaching platform where you talk about your marriage and personal life. That means the data you share with us is unusually personal, and we treat it that way. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, who touches it, and how to get it deleted.

1. What we collect

Account information

  • Name and email address.
  • If you sign in with Google: your name, email, and Google account identifier. We never see your Google password.

Information you share for coaching

  • Onboarding details you choose to provide — your partner's name, relationship length, children, and what you're working on — so the coach can speak to your actual situation.
  • Your conversations with the AI coach, including any images you attach.
  • Daily check-ins: which dials you hit, your intimacy count, and your morning notes.
  • Assessments, streaks, belt progress, and posts you make in the Brotherhood community (visible to other members by design).

Payment information

Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and billing history — never your full card number.

2. How we use it

  • To run the Service: generate coaching responses, track your dials and progress, and operate the community.
  • To let Keith and his coaching team see member progress (dials, engagement, conversations) so they can coach better — that is the product, not a side use.
  • To surface aggregate topic trends (what members are struggling with) so Keith can address them in his coaching. These are analyzed at the topic level, not to single you out.
  • To send you service emails (receipts, account notices). Marketing emails, if any, will always have an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversations to advertise to you, and we do not permit our AI provider to train its models on your content.

3. Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers, each only for what the Service needs:

  • Anthropic — generates the AI coaching responses. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's API under a commercial agreement that prohibits training on them.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Google Cloud — hosting and infrastructure; and Google sign-in if you use it.
  • Resend — sending service emails.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active so your coaching history keeps working for you. If you cancel, your data stays so you can pick your journey back up — unless you ask us to delete it.

5. Deleting your data

You can delete your account and all personal data at any time — from your account settings, or by emailing appsupport@marriedgame.com. Deletion happens immediately when you confirm it: your profile, check-ins, Brotherhood posts and coaching conversations are erased straight away. It is permanent, there is no grace period, and it cannot be cancelled or undone. Records we are legally required to keep (like payment records) are retained as required. If you have a paid membership, cancel it in the billing portal first — deleting your account does not stop the billing.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and the EU/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email appsupport@marriedgame.com and we will honor these requests. We do not discriminate against you for exercising them.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, stored on Google Cloud infrastructure, and access is limited to the small team operating the Service. Passwords are stored hashed; Google sign-in uses OAuth 2.0. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Children

The Service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Information you share about your family (like your kids' names) is used only to personalize your coaching.

9. Changes

If we materially change this policy we will notify you before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
